Tonsillectomy = ice cream. And boatloads of it. Our freezer has never seen this much ice cream at once. This picture doesn't even show the creamies, otter pops, and quickly devoured Dreyer's fruit bars. My first thought is "lucky kid". Then of course I think of the recovery of having tonsils out (I have not had it but hey...it must not be lots of fun.)
