family picts
On the spur of the moment, we begged Heidi to do a quick family photo shoot at Wheeler Farm. My older boys (mostly just Ryan) detest having pictures taken. I thought I was going easy on them by letting them wear t-shirts and sneakers this time, but they didn't think that was "easy". Smiling apparently is very difficult at times. Here's what we came up with:

I could have done some headswapping, but then I think that defeats the purpose of telling the story of the family for that year...though perhaps in Ryan's case, it might be a few years of grimacing ;).
What a beautiful location for family pics. I always have high hopes for our own family picture adventures, and yet I lack whatever it takes to get things done during the right season. *sigh* You all look great,... "grimacing" and all! I think the pics are priceless.
