Rats! I just posted the pictures in the wrong order -- oh well. We had our annual pumpkin carving FHE on Monday night. I am still the chief pumpkin gut cleaner-outer, but the boys did the carving themselves.
Jared wasn't able to join in the fun because he was studying for his math test. However, carved and gutted his own pumpkin on Tuesday after school and I totally forgot to take pictures. To keep Matthew entertained and away from sharp pointy objects, I found these fabulous Mr. Potatoe Head -ish things for him to use in his pumpkin. He was happy for hours poking eyes and ears and mouths into his very own pumpkin. Here's his creation: (oh, yes, the stripe of blue painters tape?? I have no idea, but he insisted)
Jacob totally loved his BYU pumpkin this year.
